Popping Pimples is a not a good idea but if you must do it then follow these simple instructions.
Dermatologists will tell you that popping pimples is not a good idea. When you do this, it causes the bacteria to spread to other areas of your skin, potentially resulting in more pimples. Of course, you are probably going to squeeze them anyway because that urge to get rid of those “bumps” is too strong. Right? Well, if you must do it, then you need to take great care to do it in a safe manner.
First, gently wash your face and then saturate a soft cloth with warm water. Wring it out and then lay it on your face for about 15 minutes. This will soften and smooth your skin. After removing the cloth, dry your face by patting, not rubbing, it with a soft towel.
Your next step should be to wrap your fingertips with dry, soft tissue paper. Next, exert gentle pressure on the pimple’s sides. Take great care to press down towards the bump, then up towards it. Do this 1 or 2 times, then leave it alone. If that action does not produce anything, it’s best to leave it alone. Forcing it out will make the area look much worse and will probably cause the area to have a permanent scar.
If nothing came out of the pimple, then you can safely extract the head of it (and the resulting oil) with the dry, soft tissue. Whether anything came out or not, you should apply some type of medicinal product to the area as soon as you finish.
In order to obtain clear skin, there are important measures you must take with your life. Pay particular attention to each of the following points.
1. The products you use on your skin should contain ingredients that are proven acne-fighters. They should be natural products or products that have beneficial, therapeutic benefits to your skin. Your best bet in fighting acne or keeping your skin clear of acne is to use topical creams.
2. What you eat makes a huge difference to your overall health. While specific foods may not have a direct impact on your skin, they will greatly affect your overall health. If your health becomes poor, then your skin will suffer greatly as a result. Be sure to always eat a healthy, well-balanced diet.
3. Water is absolutely necessary in your fight against acne. You should strive to drink up to 8 glasses each day. Water keeps your skin hydrated and also cleans poisons and toxins from your body.
4. Exercise is vital to a healthy body and should be performed at least 2 to 3 times a week for up to an hour each time. Cardiovascular exercises are probably the best type of exercises for you because they get your heart pumping and your blood circulating. Exercise keeps your body regular so that it eliminates waste products, something that is very important in acne prevention. Be sure to always shower soon after exercising to reduce the occurrence of bacteria building up on your body.
